These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with AW Bespoke Tailoring. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All garments are bespoke or made-to-measure and are created specifically for each individual client.
Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. The customer can request a deposit payment be made but this will need to be a minimum of 70%. This must be discussed with your tailor at the point of order.
Due to the custom nature of our garments, we are unable to begin production until full payment has been received and confirmed unless agreed otherwise by your tailor.
Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Garments
Every garment is made individually to your measurements and personal specifications.
As a result:
All items are non-refundable
All sales are final
We strongly advise clients to ensure all design choices, and fabric selections are correct before confirming the order.
Production & Delivery Times
Our standard production timeframe is 8–10 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
However, delivery times may vary depending on:
Cloth availability from fabric mills and manufacturers
Seasonal demand
External supply chain factors beyond our control
While we will always aim to meet estimated timelines, AW Bespoke Tailoring cannot guarantee delivery dates where delays are caused by third-party suppliers.
Rush Orders
Rush orders may be available on request, depending on fabric availability and production capacity.
A rush fee may apply
Shortened timelines cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by AW Bespoke Tailoring
Delays caused by third-party suppliers (including cloth manufacturers) may still impact delivery times
We recommend contacting us as early as possible if you require a garment for a specific date.
Fabric Availability
All fabrics are subject to availability at the time of ordering. In the rare event that a selected cloth becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you promptly to discuss suitable alternatives.
Fittings, Appointments & Alterations
Where fittings are part of the service, clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments.
Minor adjustments may be offered at our discretion, however:
Significant changes due to weight fluctuation or incorrect measurements provided by the client may incur additional charges.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment received, it cannot be cancelled, as production and cloth allocation may begin immediately.
Liability
AW Bespoke Tailoring shall not be held liable for:
Delays caused by third-party suppliers or fabric manufacturers
Changes in delivery timelines due to circumstances beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the value of the garment purchased.
Care of Garments
Clients are responsible for the appropriate care and maintenance of their garments once received. Care instructions will be provided where relevant.
